Payment

We ask for a 25% down payment to buy materials and solidity your spot in our schedule. The remaining 75% is not due until after the job is completed and you are completely satisfied!

Contract not considered paid in full unless check is made payable to Red Line Painting Pros LLC or paid online via debit or credit card through electronic invoice sent by Red Line Paint Pros LLC.

All materials furnished by contractor include handling and procurement fees.

Colors

Each paint job will be scheduled and transitioned in to the "Ready Phase" upon finalizing and approval of colors to be painted on each project. This includes approvals from HOA's.

Once materials have been ordered and tinted suppliers have the right to bill us for those materials.

Which, we in turn, if final approvals are altered Red Line Painting Pros has the right to invoice for tinted and non-rerundadle materials.

Once paint has began to be applied, should final approved colors be altered Red Line Painting Pros also has the right to enact a change order for the additional paint, supplies & labor required to repaint surfaces with new colors. Red Line Painting Pros is not liable for colors not liked by the customer.

Terms

Three-Day Right to Cancel - You, the buyer, may cancel this transaction at any time prior to midnight of the third business day after the date of this transaction. The law requires that the contractor give you a notice explaining your right to cancel. If you choose to cancel this contract after the proscribed 3 day period, you will be charged a Cancellation Fee of 10% of Contract Price

Final Inspections

Final Paint Inspections will be completed in accordance to the Painting Contractors Associations

Industry Standards found under Section P1 Titled "Touch Up Painting and Damage Repair: “Financial Responsibility and Definition of a Properly Painted Surface."

P1 2.6: "The painting and decorating contractor will produce a "properly painted surface." A

"properly painted surface" is defined as uniform in appearance, color, texture, hiding and sheen. It is also free of foreign material, lumps, skins, runs, sags, holidays, misses, or insufficient coverage. It is also a surface free of drips, spatters, spills or overspray caused by the painting and decorating contractor's workforce. In order to determine whether a surface has been "properly painted" it shall be examined without magnification at a distance of thirty-nine (39) inches or one (1) meter, or more, under finished lighting conditions and from a normal viewing position."

Kids

During the transformation of your space, your home will function as a temporary construction site, which may pose safety risks for children. For their safety, it is advised that children refrain from being present in areas where active work is ongoing. Our team requires unimpeded access to move freely throughout the entirety of the home or workspace, including opening and closing entry doors, interior doors, gates, etc., to effectively carry out the project.

As part of our operations, tools, equipment, ladders, and open paint cans will be present on site during painting and other activities. We are committed to maintaining a safe environment for everyone involved in the project, and we will take all necessary precautions to minimize risks.

However, given the nature of construction work, it is essential that children are supervised and kept away from areas where work is actively taking place.

Dogs & Pets

As this is a stressful time for some pets, having unknown people in their homes or spaces, we ask that all pets be kept in secure spaces while we are onsite. This will ensure the safety of your pets as well as our team members.

We will have tools, equipment, ladders and open paint cans on site while painting and want to ensure the safety of everyone on site.
